Working

Every time I take out new toys Liam likes to check them out first before the girls can play with it.
I pulled out the discovery block toy today.
Liam says that he has a "lot of working" as the girls supervise.

Wordless Wednesday

It has been a few days since I last updated so I wanted to post a couple recent pictures. The kids and I have been busy enjoying the beautiful weather. We set up the kids pool and have been to the park every day this week.

Kiddos

Last Saturday we did a mini photo session with Kirsten from KME photography. I love taking pictures of my kiddos but, getting all three to cooperate is a work in progress. Being able to have some one else worry about shutter speed, ISO, and aperture is a nice break.

Planting the garden

 That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the lake. ² Such large crowds gathered around him that he got into a boat and sat in it, while all the people stood on the shore. ³ Then he told them many things in parables, saying: “A farmer went out to sow his seed. ⁴ As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. ⁵ Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. ⁶ But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. ⁷ Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. ⁸ Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. ⁹ Whoever has ears, let them hear.”

My prayer today is that I can help my children become planted in rich soil and grow and bear fruit to glorify the kingdom. God has given me the gift of motherhood.

6 Months

I can't believe that my little girls are 6 months old already!
My biggest wish I had, before they were born is that the first few months with twins would not become a blur and I would be able to remember and be present in the every day moment

I have to say that I have been able to live in the moment now more than ever! This blog and trying to learn what I can about photography is helping me capture these memories for a lifetime.

It is true what they say that the littler twin is always in competition to catch up. Well, my little CharChar you did it!
